   Rectangular Pocket Molds

OMNI Mold Systems mold bases have been standardized to a greater degree than any other on the market. They are available in 2-plate, 3-plate, and stripper plate versions. Each standard size has multiple cavity bores and configurations to pick from. All of our bores are stepped with a radius to eliminate o-ring shearing. All have guided ejection, spring-loaded returns, supports, sprue bushing, and locating ring installed. Pockets and leader pins are already vented. All have water lines in the "A" & "B" plates. Within all these standard configurations, there are options for supports, blank clamp plates, and more. On top of all this, OMNI Mold Systems mold bases are entirely made of stainless steel.
